Cancellation Notice

Hello! After MUCH consideration and consultation with area weather forcasters, it has been decided that we will cancel our camp which was scheduled for this weekend. Most of Wisconsin is in for a wild Saturday and Sunday, with significant accumulating snow, rain and ice in the forecast. Because our membership comes from all across Wisconsin and the northern half of Illinois, AND because we also have potential members coming in from Indiana, it isn't fair to jeopardize anyone's safety by traveling to or from Racine in hazardous driving conditions. There is a very slight chance that this storm will miss us, but after watching the 10:00 news and consulting with the National Weather Service, this seems highly unlikely. Please stay home and be safe this weekend. Our first camp will now be held January 4,5,6 in Racine. Please check the website for exact location, but it WILL be in Racine. Brass and percussion players are reminded to keep downloading audition materials from the website as they become available. Brass players specifically, Eric will have a bunch of new exercises up on the website by the end of the weekend. Have a safe, healthy and happy Christmas. I am anxious to see you all on January 4. If you are bored and looking for something exciting to do over Christmas break, we are always looking for help with BINGO. It's a great way to meet fellow corps members and you get financial credit toward your dues for each BINGO worked. If you need to reach us between now and the upcoming camp, please use the contact info listed below:
Andrea Birbilis, Manager
920-592-8616(house)
262-331-3092(cell phone)

Paul Chaffee, Executive Director

Camp #2 will be held January 4, 5, and 6.
