Greetings from Green Bay!!

As promised, here is the final update on our trip to Texas this weekend. Please pay SPECIAL attention to everything in this newsletter.

1) NO ONE gets on the bus without a COMPLETED AND SIGNED medical form. No ifs, ands, or buts.. NO FORM. NO GO.

2) Everyone MUST pay their camp fee this weekend. This means NORTH AND SOUTH. $50.00 for new applicants, and $25.00 for corps members

3) I must have ALL outstanding paperwork in by this weekend. You cannot sign your membership contract unless I have all of your paperwork turned in.

4) Please bring your WHITE marching shoes to camp, even if they do not fit you any longer.

WISCONSIN NORTH- We will meet at the HARDEES restaurant on Washington Ave and US 31 on Thursday night at 8:00 pm. Please do not be late- it will take some time to get things loaded properly. Remember, we will not have out regular size trailer with us, so loading space will be at a premium. We will be making several stops in Illinois to pick up corps members, so it’s imperative that you get your stuff loaded quickly.

Yes, the "usual" Racine Scouts bus rules will be in effect. Because we are on

a tight time frame, it will not be necessary to get off the bus every time we make a stop for fuel. In addition to scheduled bathroom breaks, we will be stopping for breakfast and lunch on the way TO and FROM Denton.

Please remember to bring warm weather clothing and sun screen this weekend. We need to get a LOT accomplished on Friday night and on Saturday, so plan accordingly.

Camp sign in will start on Friday evening at 6:30 pm. Rehearsal starts promptly at 7:30. We are on a tight schedule this weekend and need to get many things accomplished so please be on time.

The summer travel calender will be at camp this weekend for parents who want to sign up to travel with us. Remember.. it’s never too late to learn to drive a 47 passenger bus!!
