Happy St. Patrick’s Day !

The snow and ice refuse to leave.. the weatherman is predicting another storm for this evening. Last year at this time the temps were well into the 70's!!!

Here in Wisconsin, solo and ensemble season is finally winding down. This is a great relief. The Green Bay crew had their festival over the weekend and Haley Hill (guard) has advanced to the State contest on May 3. She scored a *1 on a classical vocal solo. Cayman Berg (baritone) and Evey Ortega (Guard) also scored 1 ratings on their solos. I am sure that some of our corps members from the “southern” part of Wisconsin have also scored well at solo and ensemble. Drop me an e-mail and let me know how you did so that we can share the news with everyone!!

Recruiting continues. I will be visiting J.I. Case High School in Racine this Thursday. If anyone has a teacher contact for any other schools (North OR South) please call me with this information. I want to get into or make contact with as many schools as possible before March 29.

This is a short week due to the upcoming Easter holidays. We are still in need of BINGO help this weekend, so if you can spare a few hours, please call and let me know.

I hope the Easter Bunny leaves lots of goodies in your Easter baskets.
